How to watch Sri Lankan TV channels on your mobile

Mobile TV on any phone for free – works only in Sri Lanka
Normally we can watch TV in mobile using only Tvmobiles. But here is a way to watch main TV channels (arttv, derana, eye,itn,maxtv,rupavahini,swarnawahini) in any of your phone. This works only on MOBITEL connections and you must have GPRS enabled on your mobile. And remember that this may spend credit in your account. You have to do only is go to your web browser and type following arresses in address bar and go. After loading page your phone will automatically launch Multimedia Player and it will start to play live TV channel on your mobile.

If this is not working
Try changing your multimedia player Network Settings as below

I don’t think that you’ll have to pay any money to this, seems it’s inside the mobitel local network.. (Local IPs), so it will be like
,
you are accessing your friends computer on the next desk from your computer, through LAN, (Not using the gateway )

Online Time : Unlimited
Lowest UDP Port : 6970

my mobitel sri lankan every has worked without channel Eye. There was a massage ‘unable to connect . File not found’

I think now the ‘Eye Channel’ web host address is changed. Because of that the eye channel may not work for longer. And please note that watching TV channels may not for free now, and it uses too mych credit from your phone.
